- LGLeo G.Feb 16, 20261.0I was interested in buying a pair of $500 Tom Ford's today and asked if they had a fresh in stock so that I could buy them. When I asked them if they had another pair they (a man on the floor and a woman behind the counter) kept telling me that they had "just put that pair out," so as to convince me to buy the display pair instead of simply getting me a fresh pair from the stockroom. If you're paying $450-500 for a pair of shades, why can't you just go and get a brand new pair from the back? Everyone knows that the display sunglasses are tried on by everyone so the legs sometimes get widened and the lenses get smudged or scratched. I've purchased many sunglasses from Sunglass Hut, but after this I won't return there again. They don't deserve my business if that's how they treat someone about to spend good money. They also make it impossible for you to make returns even if it's within the return period, so don't bother, go elsewhere, they don't deserve our money. They won't last long doing business like that. I went right across the hall and bought a pair of glasses elsewhere.

I had to come back and prove it, which was a complete waste of my time. Terrible service. Definitely disappointed on how difficult she made my experience at the store.
