    I went to this Sunglass Hut and honestly, the experience was terrible. The staff were really rude and didn’t seem interested in helping at all. I felt unwelcome the whole time and ended up leaving without buying anything. Really disappointing.

    Just left the store and the staff was rude. I feel like I was being racially profiled while browsing the store with my husband. After we casually browsed sunglasses and decided not to buy anything, the store clerk wouldn’t undo the tape until I had to ask permission to leave the store. Everything we touched we put back. I also announced that we were at least twice before the store clerk did anything. Originally I thought it was because they might have been closing. When we walked out and they didn’t put the tape back up when there was another family with two kids running around. Definitely don’t want to buy sunglasses from this location anymore.

    Was at Bergen mall and noticed a loose screw on my sunglasses. Stopped in hoping to use their screwdriver for all of 5 seconds to tighten. Employee with a straight face told me she can’t touch my glasses. I asked if I can use the mini screwdriver myself, again a no. Something as simple as this will result in me never shopping there. Who teaches these people their customer service skills? You should maximize friendliness and helpfulness in order to encourage people to visit and shop at your store. There was no one at the store so not like I was even taking time away from a customer. Sure, I didn’t purchase these particular glasses there, but I am sure never to support this location ever. It’s the simple things people.
