  Honestly disappointed. I purchased two pairs of boots, and when I asked for my size, the associate suggested I try on the display pairs first since they were already in my size. They fit well, so when the new pairs arrived, I purchased them without trying them on again. When I later returned to exchange or return them, my request was denied. Unfortunately, the boots are uncomfortable and hurt my feet when worn. I feel I was encouraged to try only the display pairs, when the pairs from the back could have been provided from the start. Overall, the experience left me frustrated and dissatisfied.

  I visited this Steve Madden location today to check if they had a pair of shoes I had found on their website. Online, the chestnut Lisbon Mary Jane’s were listed as not available in Paramus, but I wanted to try on similar styles before ordering online with a discount code. I was greeted in store by sales associate Ana who went above and beyond to help me. She said that if they didn’t have them in stock she could order them for me and price match the discount. She first found me the same style in another color to get my size while another associate looked for the right color. They were able to find the color I wanted in my size! Ana also price matched the online discount for me in store. I was so happy to get the shoes I wanted at a great price without having to wait for delivery. Ana was so nice and helpful!
