  I recently bought a watch from this store (around 2 months ago) for my daughter. Some crystals from the side of the watch were falling off and went back to the store to repair it today, since I know the repair warranty applies to watches for 2 years after purchase, I should mention that I did bring the original receipt, went asked about it to the sales person, she said that her manager should be called to help me out. But once I explained and showed the manager the watch, the manager dismissed me telling me that there was nothing she can do about it and told me that I would have go to Macys and pay for the crystals to be repaired, even though they fell off not even after a few uses?? I replied with a okay and then mentioned how they also double taxed me on a purchase that their worker, on site, IN STORE made. Once again dismissed by the manager with a “you need to call customer service”. The sad part is that I was planning on buying some shoes, but being brushed out the way I was, I put those right back. Very disappointed with the management and how they choose to treat a frequent customer.

  High quality and luxury womens clothing, footwear, bags and accessories store. Very nice styles. In the luxury section by the Neiman Marcus rotunda. Friendly and helpful staff.
