  Most of the staffs (especially a gentleman) in this store are very nice and helpful, but one elder Caucasian woman with darker and curly hair. No welcome no smile no greeting upon eye contact with me, non-Caucasian, I smiled at her instead. Asked her to find an item, she did, but can provide service in a better way, since the way she behaves made me feel either I or a discounted item don’t deserve her time or service, while she provided “full” service to another Caucasian. Racism seems frequent across Lululemon stores, not good

  Just had the best shopping experience at the garden state plaza location thanks to Melanie! I came in knowing I wanted a comfy set with a cropped hoodie, but didn't check anything out before I came in. Not only did Melanie point me directly to what I had in mind and ultimately purchased, but she went out of her way to find the matching colors and sizes in the back for me. It was like having a personal shopper! Also every other person I came in contact with that worked there in the dressing room, register, or even just walking through the store was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this location!

  My first time going to Lululemon and I have to say the service was amazing, one of the workers, Alisha, helped me so much with finding what I needed and exactly what I was looking for. Definitely recommend coming here, staff is very helpful!

  I came into lululemon the day before Christmas with absolutely no idea what to get as a gift. I was stressed and ready to give up until I met Irina. She immediately understood what I needed, asked thoughtful questions, and helped me choose the perfect gifts. Because of her recommendations, I ended up purchasing more than I originally planned — and every item was spot on. She truly saved my Christmas. Her kindness, patience, and attention to detail made all the difference. I highly recommend shopping at this location, especially if you get the chance to work with Irina.
