  Usually I have a great experience at this Lululemon location, especially with the male staff who are always friendly and helpful. However, today (07/26 at 5:50pm) we were met with surprisingly unpleasant behavior from a female employee (dark hair, tattooed hands). Her unfriendly stare and attitude really stood out in a negative way. We spent $1,000 on clothes and genuinely love the brand, but interactions like this make it hard to want to return to this store. Customer service matters, and it’s disappointing when one employee’s demeanor can completely change the shopping experience.

  I have always been a huge fan of Lulu. Even worked there at one point. The way the company has taken a turn has become so disappointing. This particular location has gotten on my last nerve. Every time I’ve gone in here the last few months, I get different service with every manager on shift. Today, I went in to have a pair of Aligns and a bra repaired (both purchased in the last year) and I was immediately shut down and told i need proof of purchase (I get it, no big deal). And I didn’t. Beyond that, there was a lot of back and forth but I just found the tone to be so condescending. I literally used to be an employee and I was being told that the (outdated) policies I was asking about were “never” a thing. So frustrating. More frustrating because I spent $100+ on a pair of leggings for me to barely get a year of light use out of them.

  Very helpful educators as soon as entering the store. Willing to go above and beyond to help the customer experience. I’m actually glad we went into the store as they had plenty and it’s very easy to get a fitting room. Friendly and knowledgeable employees make it worth shopping here.
