- A게으른자1 day ago1.0물건구매를 다른 물건교환과정에서 젊은 직원의 불순한 태도에 너무 놀랐습니다.영수증을 분실해 시스템 기록을 확인하는데 데이타없다고 교환못한다고 하네요 시스템은 업체문제이니 확인하라고했는데,확인도 안하고 그냥 팔짱끼고 있어 엄청 불쾌. 결국 신용카드 기록으로 구매기록 찾았지만 사과도 안함. 사려던 물건도 모두 내던지고 돌아왔어요 엄청 문제있어요

I had already visited Lands End, gap, banana, old navy and turned up empty handed in all of those stores, couldn’t find a thing to buy. Ended up buying a whole new wardrobe at Jcrew Factory. Bought 6 shirts, 4 tshirts 2 pants and a blazer. Salesperson Maria was so helpful, and made it feel like a luxurious shopping experience, started a dressing room, helped me pick sizes, made recommendations. Maria is a rare type of sales person. I wish I had gotten the name of the woman at the register, who was also helpful and funny, really a wonderful experience. I am already looking forward to shopping here again.
