- SSsallyJul 18, 20251.0The manager is an absolute atrocity of a manager. I asked him why a piece of clothing was marked as a sale when the price was marked UP. He then replied saying things get mixed up and he doesn't know and can't do anything about it (AS THE MANAGER BY THE WAY.), and I asked how I would find out the price, asking a genuine question. He had the nerve to say that the price on the clothing doesn't matter because they get rechecked at the register anyways. Let me ask, isn't the price one of the main selling points of clothing? Let's at least get this right if we want anyone to buy your outdated clothes J.Crew. Go to a different J.Crew unless you have a free gift card. Then use it and never come back unless you don't mind being charged at the wrong price!
