I had a difficult situation where I was working with Charlotte a sales representative to resolve a return that I was never given credit for. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Charlotte. She was professional, extremely patient and had an open mind as I walked her through my situation. She showed a general concern to resolving the issue. Thank you, Charlotte you are wonderful!
