- PBPauline Bautista6 days ago1.0Managers are lazy and they are not very helpful. Overall ALO has horrible customer service from the customer service on the phone to the people at the store. ALO is expensive and they want to appear as a luxury brand. But the service doesn’t match the price tag. Never shopping here again.

When I asked for help, the girl at the entrance barely looked at the item and just told me to go “straight across.” There was nothing there (men's section), and my husband and I stood around for nearly 10 minutes while employees avoided eye contact. Thankfully, a kind gentleman finally helped us and found the item in the back (it wasn’t even on the sales floor). After that, the same girl tried to sell us shoes on our way out. Really? Poor customer service overall. Won’t be coming back.

Looking to pick up something for our son's birthday, in store pickup would be 3-5 days so I decided to go in person for the clothes only to be told they didn't have them. After about 10 minutes of working with an employee, she appeared to grow bored with me and just sort of shrugged her shoulders and faded away. I left with nothing. Came back the next day with wife and older son and got more of the same. Sale's associate convinced us Medium would fit because her boyfriend, who was much buffer than my older son who wears a large, and her boyfriend wears a medium. My less buff son could barely get the medium over his head. We trying to exchange it, and the associate couldn't have been less interested in helping. Went to LuLu right after
