    Customer service here has been consistently disappointing. Each time I’ve come in, it feels like I have to beg just to be helped. It’s honestly very off-putting and has made shopping here an unpleasant experience every time I’ve tried to come in to buy clothes. I hope this feedback can be taken seriously because it has definitely discouraged me from returning.

    My husband and I went to alo where we spend a lot of money all the time!!! We went into the dressing room together like we always do and one of your managers were really rude and told us we cannot be in the room together I told her ok but we are half naked and we have to change she insisted we get out of the room half naked!!! I did slam the door on her!!! We were half naked and she was very rude if she would of spoke to us nicely like a manager things would of been different but she didn’t then she went to get a guy employee and he banged on the door very loud then my wife opened the door very upset and I told him we are getting dressed and are leaving they still called security. Security came and asked me if I would like to talk to a manager I said yes but the manager is very unprofessional and wouldn’t talk to me!!! I’m calling corporate because the manager was very unprofessional and we spend a lot of money with your company. I will never buy Alo again bc of the experience we had at your garden state store in Paramus nj. Very classless abd I’m sure if your manager knew how to manage this wouldn’t of happened!!!! I can’t wait to speak to someone in corporate hopefully they can do something about it and if not then I would not shop at the garden state store ever again!!!

    Today we visited Alo Yoga and Klara, who is Korean, helped us so much — she was incredibly kind and supportive. It was very clear that she truly loves her job. My spouse and I were very satisfied. She even helped me put on the jackets I tried. We didn’t even plan to buy shoes, but suddenly we found ourselves purchasing them — she presented the products amazingly well. We bought everything we tried and left very happy. Thank you, Klara ♥️♥️

    Over €1,000 Not Refunded – Extremely Disappointed (Order #31310034) I am extremely disappointed with Alo Yoga. According to DHL Express tracking, my returns were successfully delivered to the seller on December 15, 2025. The tracking numbers are: 2534203906 (DHL Express) 2145393935 (DHL Express) Despite confirmed delivery, I have not received a full refund to this day – the total amount in question is over €1,000. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I was provided with two return labels and properly shipped both packages back. However, only one item from the two packages was processed and refunded. The remaining items were apparently misallocated internally, which has resulted in complete confusion. I currently have neither the merchandise nor my money. For weeks, I have been in contact with customer service, but I have not received a clear or satisfactory resolution. Instead of support, this situation has caused nothing but stress and unnecessary effort on my part as a customer. Initially, I was truly impressed with the brand – the quality and image were convincing. However, the way this return has been handled is absolutely unacceptable, especially considering the high order value. At this point, I can only advise customers in Germany to be cautious when ordering, as in case of a return, you may end up waiting weeks for your refund. Order number: #31310034 I sincerely hope this issue will be resolved promptly....

    I had a very disappointing experience with this brand. I visited a store in person, but none of the items I was looking for were available. The staff suggested I place an online order and told me it would arrive within one week. After placing the order, I found out that it cannot be canceled. Customer service is extremely poor. I called several times during their listed business hours, but each time I was told they were not working and the call was disconnected. I sent emails and received no response. I also tried contacting them through Instagram with no luck. The live chat was the worst part I was told I would have to wait over 461 minutes before to speak with an agent. The sizing is also a major issue. I am 5’5”, and even the regular length jeans are far too long and drag on the floor. The store only offers regular and long options, which makes no sense. To make things even worse, one of the employees suggested that since the pants were too long, I could fold the hems inward and secure them with double sided tape. Being advised to use tape on brand new pants , especially at that price point, was honestly ridiculous. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this brand to anyone.
