  I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The store manager was extremely rude and completely uninterested in helping us. When we politely asked if another associate could assist us, we were told to leave the store. We were literally asked to step out and prevented from purchasing products, which is unacceptable. We have been loyal customers of Charles Tyrwhitt for a long time, and this level of disrespect is shocking. Having someone with this attitude as a store manager is a serious mistake and reflects poorly on the brand. This experience has significantly changed our perception of the company.

  I definitely do not recommend this place. We had a serious issue with the woman who claimed to be the manager. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. When we asked for assistance, we were told, “you can leave the store if you want,” which is completely unacceptable. This is not how customers should be treated. After this experience, I will not return and would not recommend it to anyone.

  Amazing service, I literally returned a shirt that I was wearing on me,and they were so good about it,they stick to their amazing return policy!!!

  Horrible customer service. The staff is either on the phone or doesn’t want to help. Idk how this store is still in business.

  My first time experiencing this retail business. I had been following them on IG as I am big fan of their products. I had the pleasure of receiving excellent customer service from an employee, David. He is very good at his job. He welcomed me, educated me and provided a positive customer experience that I purchased my new shirts. David is patient and gave his recommendations. Keep up the great David! As for my shirts, they are awesome and can't wait to wear them.
