- NQNatalie QOct 11, 20251.0I scheduled a pickup for 6:00 PM and arrived right on time but the store was already closed. I tried calling customer service, and it actually connected me back to the store, so I kept calling thinking maybe someone was just in the back or cleaning up. Eventually, a young guy finally answered with, “hello yeah who is this?” which was super unprofessional. When I told him I had a pickup scheduled for 6 and was outside, he casually said he decided to close early today. I was shocked. He told me if I could get there in 4 minutes, I could still get my order even though I literally told him I was outside the door. He finally came out a few minutes later, seemed sluggish and disinterested, handed me the order, and honestly it made me really uncomfortable. Now I’m even questioning whether the arrangement was stored properly or if it’s safe to eat. If you value professionalism and reliability, I’d avoid this location. They clearly don’t care about customer orders or pickup times.
