  I scheduled a pickup for 6:00 PM and arrived right on time but the store was already closed. I tried calling customer service, and it actually connected me back to the store, so I kept calling thinking maybe someone was just in the back or cleaning up. Eventually, a young guy finally answered with, “hello yeah who is this?” which was super unprofessional. When I told him I had a pickup scheduled for 6 and was outside, he casually said he decided to close early today. I was shocked. He told me if I could get there in 4 minutes, I could still get my order even though I literally told him I was outside the door. He finally came out a few minutes later, seemed sluggish and disinterested, handed me the order, and honestly it made me really uncomfortable. Now I’m even questioning whether the arrangement was stored properly or if it’s safe to eat. If you value professionalism and reliability, I’d avoid this location. They clearly don’t care about customer orders or pickup times.

  If I can rate a 0 I would , I came into this location 219 Franklin Ave Nutley Nj on 6/27/25 at approximately 2:25 pm , no one at the front to greet me , I tapped the bell more then once and still no one came to greet me , I yelled hello and no one greeted me . I waited and waited for over 10 mins before a young gentleman with iPods in his ear comes out and literally walks past me . I asked does he work there he says but his mumbling and not talking directly to me , as he’s walking back to the back he’s cleaning up yet still doesn’t acknowledge me . I’m observing this terrible treatment and I ask him is he gonna help me ? He says I already told you I’ll be with you which is a bold face lie !!!!!! He goes on to say he saw me on the camera waiting ! But yet he doesn’t acknowledge me as a customer! I was disgusted with his unprofessionalism and walked out ! He obviously doesn’t want to be there and shouldn’t he left alone to deal with customers if he can’t handle the job . I will be sure to call the better business bureau and report such behavior
