Boyfriend already left for work and when they called him, He told them that he was Not a home and requested for them to return, The driver told him No! That they can't return Nor leave edibles on doorstep because item will spoil overnight. Driver states that he was leaving with item and that I would get a Refund The driver signed for the order and took edibles with him. When I called the store next day, after speaking with multiple people who couldn't locate my order, I demanded a Manager. The Manager was very unprofessional and rudely stated that my boyfriend more than likely didn't want the edibles! (Huh?!!) and its Not their fault he wasn't home and didn't want items!! (What?!!) and they WOULD NOT offer me a Refund, even though my Edible was Never Delivered!! The Manager was So Unprofessional, Rude & Unaccommodating! Worse Service! Worse Customer Service! No Refund for NONDELIVERY!
