Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

- MBMs. NO BSDec 10, 20251.0I’ve gone back and forth with this, and I hate to leave this review, but after my most recent experience I have to… I literally called an associate by her name to say hello (“Lisa”), and goodbye, both! She refused to acknowledge me! She’s someone I’ve known over the years and loved! I also used to love shopping here, and had many conversations with all the associates who, most, have been lovely, but sadly I no longer feel welcome! Actually, Lisa made it quite clear that I am no longer welcome, and I know exactly why there’s a shift and why I’m being judged, I’m not STUPID!!! Pathetic to treat a long time customer and fitness professional this way! There’s two sides to every story in life! Remember that! Additionally, and I should mention that the store had just opened and I was the sole shopper there, so, she definitely heard me! NO EXCUSES. It makes me sad, and it’s truly a shame cuz previously this store has been fabulous, and LuLu’s online customer service has been so amazing over the years, but this incident has really soured me on the LuLu Lemon brand. I’m a fitness professional too, and at this point I’ve moved on to ALO where I’m treated with respect.
