They did an unbelievable job! It doesn't look just polished but absolutely revitalized! I really would love to post pictures but I forgot to take a "before" photo and the "after" picture doesn't do it justice AT ALL! All of the intricate details on my ring are exactly as they were before but all the parts in need of refurbishing were done. You literally couldn't ask for a better result. On top of all of that, they were extremely reasonably priced! I would highly recommend Fera's for anyone looking to revitalize any sentimental pieces but are wary of somebody lacking a delicate touch
