  Did not receive full order on the expected delivery date. The flowers came the following day and some were broken. Disappointed in the quality of flowers.

  Go to another store. I question the cleanliness and quality of product. Open toe Flip flops, no hair nets or gloves. I can only hope they washed their hands and the food before making. There was a child running around back and front with no shoes on and a scissor in her hand and mouth. Also don’t buy balloons from edible arrangements. You get 3 dollar store balloons for $18. Rip off. Waste of time and money. I waited 15 min in store after i got an email saying my order was ready hours earlier. Had to come back later. And they asked me to leave a review, mistake on their part. Never going to this location again. I couldnt walk in the front door as they were setting up a couch with im assuming family members and there was no room to walk in, i stood at the door. For how much my order was i shouldve gotten a better product and service. Companies that franchise should do regular evaluations before allowing anyone to operate and after to keep a storefront.
