  I have no complaints about the product itself; my family thoroughly enjoyed the fruit bouquets—they were fresh and delicious, and the delivery was prompt. However, my disappointment arose when I went to pick up my order: there was a young girl—who was barefoot—climbing inside the refrigerator with the door wide open, her bare feet actually inside the fridge! Furthermore, the girl's mother—or at least I assume she was her mother—was also sitting in the waiting area chairs, and she, too, was barefoot! Honestly, this reflects very poorly on the business; and while I believe the fruit was prepared with great care, this incident certainly casts doubt on the establishment's safety and hygiene standards. This feedback is intended for the owner, urging them to exercise much greater oversight regarding the staff working at this location. One final observation: the place looks incredibly empty; when I walked in, I actually thought they were in the process of vacating the store.

  Did not receive full order on the expected delivery date. The flowers came the following day and some were broken. Disappointed in the quality of flowers.

  TERRIBLE Servive !! If I could give a zero I would !!! Placing an order should not be aggravating or stressful . I called to get some details about an order I made . No one could understand me , no one could answer any of my questions , and I was hung up on . The franchise owner of Edible Arrangements should close down this location . STAY AWAY !!!

  We needed a last minute arrangement and they really delivered! The employee was pleasant, helpful and prompt!
