  I had an outstanding experience working with Felissa at Watches of Switzerland in Marlton. From the moment I walked in, she struck the perfect balance between professionalism and genuine enthusiasm, never pushy but clearly passionate and deeply knowledgeable about the pieces she represents. What really stood out was how intentional she was about building a relationship rather than just making a quick sale. She took the time to understand my interests, my long-term collecting goals, and what I value in a watch. That level of attention is rare and appreciated, especially in a space where trust and credibility matter. I recently purchased a watch tray through Felissa, and even for that item, she treated the experience with the same level of care as if I were buying a timepiece. The tray itself is excellent, beautifully made, functional, and a great addition to my setup, but more importantly, it reflects the kind of thoughtful guidance she provides. She clearly understands how collectors think and what enhances the overall experience of ownership. Felissa represents the brand extremely well. If you are serious about watches and looking to build a long-term relationship with someone who gets it, she is exactly who you want to work with. I am looking forward to continuing to build my collection with her.

  I had such an amazing experience at Watches of Switzerland. Courtney is the best! She’s so friendly and clearly is a total watch enthusiast which makes buying from her and talking watches such a fun experience. Definitely will be going back for my next purchase.

  Phenomenal customer service. David helped me with my first true luxury watch. I had an Omega seamaster I liked and he took his time to explain and let me try all of the watches I liked. I was offered a bottle of champagne while I waited and he made the entire experience one of a kind and something to remember. I’m happy to say my next watch purchase will be here again.

  both my wife and I had a wonderful experience while purchasing a beautiful watch and bracelet from Charles, the jeweler now our jeweler at watches of Switzerland. This was our first purchases at the store but won't be our last. We walked into a delightful environment clean and bright. everyone was stylishly dressed to impress and very inviting. We were both greeted with hellos and welcomes and offered drinks, which my wife loved. We browsed For a moment before we were greeted by Charles. we never felt pressured or pushed into anything. Charlie's was not only professional he was charming and witty. He knew so much about the jewelry and watches and guided me through my first quality watch purchase. I was nervous about such an expensive purchase but Charles guided us like a pro. Both my wife and I are pleased with our purchases. We are pleased with the store, the manager, David. ( really nice well dressed guy). And we will definitely be back to see Charles he made our experience wonderful. Thank you, Charles. See you next time. Kara and Lisa
