  I’m so grateful for the manager, Sarah, who really went above and beyond by helping me return a gift (that I didn’t want to tell the giver that I didn’t like!). I’m always pleased with Madewell’s clothes and impressed with how warm and helpful all the Promenade staff are. Thanks especially to Sarah!

  Not sure what happened over the last several years, but the service from the associates working has absolutely taken a nosedive. A general sense that the customer is a nuisance, a lack of urgency, and a total unwillingness to think outside the box or go above and beyond. I have working in customer service for 10 years, and admittedly my standards are high. But for premium clothes at a PREMIUM price, you have to do better than that.

  I want to like shopping here because I love Madewell itself, but I cannot get past the employees who will look you directly in your face and not speak, specifically the two younger women. It’s really sad because there’s another employee with gray/white hair and glasses who goes out of her way to be friendly and welcoming, but when she’s not around the atmosphere in the store is not my vibe. If it weren’t for the fact that there are no other Madewells in our area, I wouldn’t shop there. Saying hello is bare minimum customer service. Do better.

  I have been to this location multiple times since they have opened and have always left with a satisfying experience. The staff is super helpful and spent lots of time educating me on the perfect denim for my body type. The manager is so sweet and accommodating to the stores clientele. Will be returning :)
