Asked for a manager who happened to be the lady standing next to us the whole time. Her calm response was she did not hear anything because of all that was going on around. LoL. I guess there is reason that the brick and mortar stores are struggling to stay afloat. Nobody needs to walk into the stores. Just shop online with free returns and exchanges. As we were leaving, Sandy, an employee, asked my partner if I put shoes in his bag. She was standing right in front of us! If I put shoes in the bag, she would have CLEARLY saw me do it. Her apology wasn’t sincere at all. I will never shop here again. If this store has an issue with shoplifting, then maybe they should hire security. Sandy’s behavior was unacceptable.
