  DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. If I could give negative stars I would, I picked out a refrigerator and I was told delivery would be in 3 days, I got a call I would be rescheduled an entire week due to weather, not ideal by any means but fine. Then after waiting 10 days the refrigerator did not work. The woman working at the time told me there was no way any of the refrigerators would not work they were just dented from not fitting properly. Now I’m waiting 2 days for pick up and waiting 7-10 business days for a refund. My family’s been without a fridge for 2 weeks already. Save yourself the drama and just go elsewhere :(

  It was a great experience. They had the laptop that i was looking for. Open box and excellent condition. I saved $60.

  Easy pick up experience with plenty of people to help you out. I went in, was quickly greeted and out the door with my new monitor in no time.

  I would give a negative star if I could went into this place. bought a refrigerator. it had no damage. was still in the box with all the blue tape on the drawers. not sure why it was in an outlet store but it was brand new. the manager earning was Dory even wrote on the receipt. no damage. told me I had to wait a week for delivery. okay I'll wait day before delivery. got an email 2:30 in the afternoon they canceled my order. no explanation. can't call the store. they don't have a phone number. you got one general number for the holy United States. you could imagine how effective that was. finally talked to somebody somewhere who told me that they would look into it. didn't hear from them called back later that day. why is Mike at order canceled? they don't know why either could have been one of many reasonings. well they took my money in four seconds. then they lost resold broke or stole my purchase. I said my purchase because after I paid and got a receipt for it that refrigerator was mine. they refused to replace it with a similar one. The next morning at 7:00 a.m. I got a call from Best buy delivery company. they were going to be here in 20 minutes and I should empty my current refrigerator and disconnect it from the cabinets as it's a built-in I asked the driver are you sure you have my refrigerator because I was on the phone all last night with your company and they said they lost no Sarah have it in my truck and I have your address in my hand. will be there in 20 minutes. well okay then. I guess this was all misunderstanding good for me. I'm getting my $4,400 fridge an hour goes by nothing. I call the phone number that called me hey Don, where you at? you were going to be here in 20 minutes an hour ago. oh I'm sorry you weren't next. I made a mistake. can I call you back? I have a washer and dryer in my hand. yeah whatever I asked again you sure my appliances on the truck. oh I'm sure the paperwork is right here. we just have a couple stops first. I'm just a helper. I'll have a driver call you okay? another red flag an hour or later I text that phone number. I thought you're going to call me what happened? you don't have it, do you? your phone rings? no they don't have it. they made another mistake so even though the company lost the appliance they did not cancel their own delivery and they sent the truck out with nothing in the back of it with the paperwork for my unit. all this took hours that I could have been out shopping for a new fridge called back to the one main number. got another fake manager the resolution they offered me an $80 discount on something else in the store $80 after waiting a week and a half a dozen calls and ten minutes on hold each time their representatives, are all around the country. one was in Florida. one was in Illinois or so. they say they were probably all lying. so frustrated with these people and and their scam. it is a scam if you start to Google. Best buy customer service. it's always the same phone number. there's no emails. there's no manager contacts. nothing do not buy anything from any Best buy ever. they have the worst customer service on the planet. they are worse than your Verizon and your Comcast and your electric company rolled up into one. this company sucks. I ended up buying the exact same refrigerator. they told me they couldn't sell for cheaper than $10,500 from home Depot. total price with tax and free delivery $8,200 My name is Glenn calderbank. the store I went to was in Marlton New Jersey do not even think about shopping at Best buy brick and mortar or online. you will regret it and you have been warned

  Ty and Dori are excellent. To include their Team of workers. However, it all starts with leadership. I’ve furnished most of my home with the care of sound advice, professionalism and great quality products. I choose to go here to save money due to it being the outlet and save some cash. No disappointment here, give them the opportunity to help you with all your electronics, appliance and other needs you may have at a fraction of the cost. Thanks
