She sells defective electronics and does not take responsibility, instead blames it on the customer even when the item is being sold in “excellent” condition and should have been properly inspected before being sold in this store. Other employees at the store are much more helpful and at least attempt to help you resolve the issue. I would not recommend purchasing electronics from this store since there is no actual guarantee that these items are actually in working condition.

The staff was extra helpful and let you test before you bought. I had a problem with the washer I bought, and the manager had it taken care of immediately. This is more of an outlet, but I feel I received better service here than at the actual store. The employees are very knowledgeable and answered any questions I threw at them. I will be returning here in the future when I start my next project.
