  Mitch and the team at WOS are truly the best. Big shout outs to David, Courtney, and Sara too. They are of course knowledgeable about the truly broad and beautiful selection of jewelry and watches available in the store. But what sets this team apart is how they go above and beyond to ensure that you get a piece you truly love - and if they don't have it, they will do whatever they can to help you get the piece you want. We have bought a lot of jewelry over the years and the experience you have can truly stay with you as much as the piece. There is no high pressure with Mitch and the team - just beautiful jewelry and a fun, relaxing, and friendly experience that will have you coming back again and again - like us.

  The staff were welcoming without being too intense, which is a tough needle to thread in their line of work. They had very new Omega references and lots of Heuers. There were a few nice used Pateks and Rolex too. I was told, however, that the new Rolexes were not for sale, and that I would have to join the list 😂 nahhhhh

  The quality is outstanding—DLC coating is super durable, true sapphire crystal (not coated), and the silicone band is extremely comfortable. Wryst even included a second band! The design feels premium, and owning 1 of only 99 made makes it special. I was worried about international shipping, but customer service was fantastic—responsive and handled everything perfectly. Highly recommend Wryst for anyone who values quality and exclusivity!

  Tim, our consultant, was excellent. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. While we don’t usually expect anyone to open doors for us, the doorman had been opening the door throughout our time in the store. However, as we were leaving, he suddenly didn’t, and my fiancée nearly walked into it because she naturally expected the same assistance he had been providing earlier. This wasn’t a major incident, but it did leave a bit of an unpleasant impression at the end of an otherwise positive experience, especially considering the level of service associated with a purchase.
