- JNJason NguyenNov 10, 20251.0This is the worst service I've seen in my life. Don't even go there is you need the service. My brother in law had the device installed here and it did not work right from the beginning. There was virtually no training or very poor training on how to use the device. He had the car stalled several times and he was afraid to drive it. Then last week the device just locked for some "violation". We called customer service and they could not advice anything except asked us to call on Monday to make an appointment. Here the nightmare just began. We called their number 3 times and waited ~30 minutes each and was still not able to get connected anyone. I finally wen to work and try their website. All I wanted to help him making an appointment. I tried to call again with no success. Finally I tried to chat with an agent on their website. After waiting for 20 minutes, I was able to chat with one. However, the agent refuses to help without my brother's consents. I get the part, however, I need just need to make an appointment. Note that my brother in law does know much English and I am trying to help him. Anyway, the installation and customer service are horrible.
