At 1;00 pm, they tried to deliver but the recipient did not answer their phone and since it was a gated community, the driver wasn't allowed access. I received an email letting me know they'd try again the next day. I really wanted the delivery to happen that day and called them. They arranged to call a different number of someone I knew for sure was at the residence and said the driver agreed to go again that day after his route was over. He said it would be soon after 4:00 pm. By 4:11 pm, the recipient called to say it was delivered and that it was delicious. I was very grateful that the driver and store operator (Amisha) went out of their way for me. It was great customer service.

Disappointing Edit: the corporate email forwarded my message to the local store in Manalapan, and they never reached out to me. I guess the corporate response doesn’t mean anything.
