- SBSamantha BDec 18, 20242.0I specifically ordered a cheesecake with chocolate strawberry on top as an add on to an edible arrangement. I specifically picked 12/15 for the delivery date. The cheesecake was not delivered that day, only the arrangement. I called the shop directly and they offered to deliver it 12/17. I told them I wanted it delivered that day, 12/16 since it was supposed to be delivered the day before. They added a brownie to the order after I asked if they could add anything for the inconvenience. They did not offer on their own to make the situation better. My mom received a cheesecake with a chocolate pineapple on top and the brownie. When I called to ask why the strawberry was not on top, the associate told me “well at least we threw in a free brownie and the cheesecake wasn’t supposed to have anything on it.” I corrected her and told her I specially ordered a chocolate strawberry on top and she continued with saying she thought she was adding the pineapple because nothing was supposed to be on it. Then proceeded with an attitude asking me what I wanted the manager to do about it. I requested to speak to the manager directly but she was not there. I asked for a call the next day and never received one. I called today, 12/18 and the manager, Brianna, is not in the shop again but told the associate, Allison, that they could send my mother the strawberry on its own. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she spoke to her and that’s what she said she could do. I asked her again to have the manager call me directly. The customer service is horrible and the attitude when the shop made the mistake is mind blowing. The manager Brianna needs to get her shop together

For the amount of money spent, the fruit should always be fresh! I was very disappointed. Fast forward to just now today, 2 PM on Tuesday, January 2, and I stood in the lobby of the store for 20 minutes with nobody to come to the front desk. As a business owner, this would not sit well with me! You’ve definitely lost my business.
