I called them on 1/2/26 to follow up and never received a courtesy return phone call with a status update or an apology. It was Sat., January 3, 2026, and yet it had not been delivered. The recipient was called, therefore the surprise was spoiled. Would not recommend this store.

It said it was being prepared for a while, when i called they said it was ready and waiting for an uber to pick it up…. I asked for a possible eta, they said they didnt have one but it should be delivered between 5-8pm…. They close at 7. And never arrived. This place is disgraceful disgusting and disappointing.

Everything was ready right on time, making the whole process easy and stress-free… especially during the holiday season. Dealing with Janis the manager made the ordering process so much easier. I would definitely order from them again!

No response means no respect for the customer. Ruined Christmas for a family member. Not good. Not good at all. I probably won’t even get a refund for the order but I’ll keep trying.
