It was not ready until 45 minutes later, with no communication. If you give customers a time commitment, you should honor it. The quality was just as bad as the time commitment. One of the flowers included was clearly dead, and the extra balloon I paid for deflated within 10 minutes of leaving the store. This shows a complete lack of basic quality control. For over $63, this experience was unacceptable. This was supposed to be a birthday gift, and instead it was disappointing and embarrassing. The price does not match the service or product quality at this location. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this Edible Arrangements location. Management should seriously review their customer service standards and product checks before charging premium prices.
