We asked Tara for a chair for her to sit on because her arms were weak. Not only did she get a comfortable two arm chair for her to sit; Tara also brought a small water bottle, snickers and jolly ranchers. I appreciate what Tara did to assist us. Because of Tara's accommodation, we were able to enjoy our shopping experience and complete Auntie's purchase with ease.

Associates don’t actually help — they just walk you over to a section and tell you to “look for it yourself.” When I came to pick up my order, which I had placed just 30 minutes earlier, the employee looked at me with huge surprised eyes, as if it was unbelievable that I expected it to be ready. He told me that pickup orders take at least six hours to prepare. Six hours! Are you hiring your staff from Mars? According to this manager’s logic, finding a single item during busy hours could take your team a week. The whole approach feels outdated, careless, and designed to make customers give up. Honestly, this is one of the worst stores I’ve been to. I’m never coming back. Your competitor next door, TJ Maxx, outperforms you in every possible way. I truly hope you improve — but with this level of chaos and staff attitude, closure doesn’t seem far off. If management is reading this, please visit this location yourself and see what’s going on.
