  Came in on December 13 and bought a coat. First week, I came in with receipt but tag not attached due to believing I would keep it but it did not suit me, unworn as the return policy states 90 days. I came in with the receipt and unworn coat. The girl at the counter spoke into the walkie talkie to Gerry, who I believe is the manager, not even 10 feet away. They stated they will not take a worn coat. I said it’s within the return window and I have everything with me and it’s not worn at all. They stated they would not despite the return policy and he “verbally went around to every person during the holidays and said they have to have tags attached or they will deny any and all returns.” When he was telling me this, it was not in a way of explaining, it was condescending. I called customer service while in the parking lot, and they advised me to go back in to return it where they will authorize the return which she was on speakerphone. The two employees still refused even to her astonishment. It was to the point where customer service stated I should leave and they will authorize the return on their end for me to send in. On the way out, the employees were laughing whom I believe was at me. I love the products and have shopped at numerous times before for over 30 YEARS. However, do not shop at this specific location. It’s gone downhill

  I have never experienced more terrible customer service than I did at this location. I purchased a "last chance" coat on 12/29. Within a week, the jacket had a small hole with feathers coming out of it, making it unwearable. I contacted customer service before making the drive back to the store to explain the situation, and they reassured me that a defective item could be brought back even though it was last chance. I returned to the store on 1/7 and was given no options or help. The woman working (I didn't catch her name) told me since I didn't have the tags or receipt, there was nothing she could do. Why would I keep the tags and receipt for an item I planned on keeping? I said maybe she could look up the item using my phone number or email. I even know the time and date I was in the store. She said no, she needs proof of purchase. Again, this is a defective item so I don't have that. She said all she could do was send it to corporate, but no guarantee of how much they would be willing to give me. I never heard of anything like that before. Last chance or not, $100 is still a lot to spend on an item that is unusable a week later. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing, and I would recommend anyone steer clear of this location.

  Nice store and lots on sale. Staff were friendly but could not answer my questions about the fit of certain items in the store.

  Went in here a while back to shop with my husband. I was 8 months pregnant and staff refused to let me use the bathroom. It was cruel to do to a visibly pregnant woman. Would never go back.
