Its a nice mall. Santa at this location is usually very good! Food court has some decent selections and most stores are usually open.(meaning there are not empty store spaces)

The mall itself is great. Review is for the 2025 Santa Experience because there is no other place to leave a santa-specific review for that company. In all prior years the Santa was great, and always greeted the kids by their names when they walked in, talked with them, asked them what they wanted, etc. This year the host looked at me like I was insane when i asked "don't you want their names?" She reluctantly took their names and talked to Santa, who made a weird face and then he ignored it - instead asked them what their names were when they got in. My kids were shocked because in prior years Santa "knew them." Then he just took the pictures and was done. So as the kids were getting up I had to say, "do you want to tell santa what you want?" It was an utter joke, a man that just sits there and thinks pictures is all he is for. Afterwards I spoke with my cousin, who also takes her family to this mall annually for santa, and she said she was shocked with the poor interaction with santa and that her daughter literally said, "i don't believe in santa anymore" after walking out. Unfortunate that the man from prior years is gone/retired. The new santa (and his team) lack all basic understanding of the basic interaction required for a simple santa visit. Its not just a picture.
