- SHSherrie HannahOct 9, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience with a rude customer service employee at the Michael’s store. The employee initially told me she would process my return if I brought back the card it was purchased with. After doing exactly that, she refused to take the bag back and spoke to me in a condescending manner. Fortunately, another customer service representative later completed the return for me without an issue. This experience left a bad impression — the lack of professionalism and courtesy from the first employee was unacceptable. Because of the poor customer service and disrespectful attitude, I do not recommend shopping at this location
