Very rude, talks over you doesn't give you a chance to speak or explain as I was being calm and cordial she didn't even want to give me her name when I asked! No help at all and down right nasty, not sure how she still has a job in customer service but it was a very unpleasant experience and glad the calls are recorded if you get a representative from Laura do yourself a favor hang up and get transferred to another agent ! May, on the other hand was very professional and helpful. Good job May and thank you for your professionalism.
