I chatted with an online customer care agent and he mentioned that all exchanges should be done via store. I traveled all the way to the store to get it exchanged, and the store manager at Newport Mall was so rude to me. He did not honor the exchange stating that if you bought it online then get it exchanged online. Such a waste of money on the top and travel expenses. Can’t wear it and would never recommend this brand to anyone!!

If you return items from different orders in one package, they make you pay 7.99 for each order. Basically they charge for processing the return. If it only was shipping, they would charge for each package, not each order.
