From what I understand the store unfortunately had a bad rap due to the fact that the previous owners were not great with customer service. However, I forget the guys name but I rushed there from work to buy a last minute gift for my son's grandmother. I didnt realize the time and he was actually getting ready to shut down and close. I went in hoping I can buy something small or purchase a canx order. Just my luck he was able to find an item that was just right with some strawberry's and minicakes in a box that said happy birthday. He had to make it himself and he told me I came just in time. He took his time to create the box and get the fruit ready and it looked just perfect. My son's grandmother was so happy and loved the fruit and cakes and ate it the same day. Thank you to them for saving the day because I had no idea what to get her for her birthday.

Ordered a fruit tray & flowers with vase for a co-worker's condolences, paid premium for the vase & the same day delivery, they only delivered the fruit tray. I called back several times, left voicemails, had to escalate & email the edible arrangement customer service and called to finally speak with a person at the store. She acknowledged that they forgot the flowers and would deliver 'free of charge" (how is this free if I paid for it and you never delivered!!!).. then finally delivered the flowers 3 days later and it came without a vase!!! SMH, don't waste your $ on this place, the fruit quality if horrible, paid $70 for 15 tiny strawberries and $45 for flowers that got delivered 3 days later short of it's vase!!
