  The store is currently under new management. From what I understand the store unfortunately had a bad rap due to the fact that the previous owners were not great with customer service. However, I forget the guys name but I rushed there from work to buy a last minute gift for my son's grandmother. I didnt realize the time and he was actually getting ready to shut down and close. I went in hoping I can buy something small or purchase a canx order. Just my luck he was able to find an item that was just right with some strawberry's and minicakes in a box that said happy birthday. He had to make it himself and he told me I came just in time. He took his time to create the box and get the fruit ready and it looked just perfect. My son's grandmother was so happy and loved the fruit and cakes and ate it the same day. Thank you to them for saving the day because I had no idea what to get her for her birthday.

  I received a birthday surprise from my sister and she decided to order from this edible arrangement location due to my positive feedback and experience on the Customer Service here on my previous visit. She stunned me with this amazing gift set. Balloons, birthday cheesecake cupcake with candle, flower bouquet, and a customized edible arrangement all delivered and from this Location. She added on choc covered swirl apples which were amazing. There was a chocolate covered high heel and 3 choc covered pineapples decorated as cupcakes. Even my name Mimi was spelled out by pineapple. The fruit was fresh and delicious and this was really a beautiful and heartwarming gift. I personally went into this edible arrangements location just to thank them for doing this for me so wonderfully and with a lot of care and attention to the detail. I see a lot of bad reviews with this location, but I think that you should go in person and speak with the guys there because they really surprised me with this and I never saw it so beautiful like this before.

  Did not deliver the item at all in day requested no did they update my order or call to say it wasn’t delivered - I wanted it delivered to a business and they showed up at 5pm ( obviously the person left for the day!) they told this next day after I called 10 times with no answer . Told them to please have the manger call me and of course nothing.. try using a different edible arrangements not connect to this one.

  Pros: good fruit, on-time delivery, free delivery, great overall gift Cons: the amount of fruit that is normally provided for this gift-product was not provided with this gift that was delivered: 4 strawberries instead of 7; 5 melon slices instead of 10 (manager said normally 8-10 "maybe there was a shortage," manager stated). So the gift was considerably smaller than what normally is presented, but the store didn't respond pro-actively. The Newark branch of Edible Arrangements has a better track record with us. Suggestion: pick up your gift from the Jersey City location rather than have it delivered, so that you can inspect the gift, and make sure you got what you expected. Other than that, it is a great idea and great gift. But this particular one was disappointingly somewhat underwhelming, unlike the others we have received and given as gifts.
