The delivery arrived more than 10 hours after the scheduled time, completely ruining the special occasion it was meant for. What made it worse was the lack of proper communication — no timely updates, no prior notice about the delay, and no real apology. When the order finally arrived, the condition of the flowers was unacceptable. The arrangement looked nothing like what was originally ordered. Different flowers, different colors, and a completely different design. Several of the flowers were wilted, damaged, and even broken, clearly not fresh or properly handled. To make matters worse, the arrangement was delivered in a dirty, worn-out paper bag, which reflected a serious lack of care and professionalism. We paid for a specific product and service that were simply not delivered. Poor quality, unacceptable presentation, and very disappointing customer service. I would not recommend this flower shop.
