I ordered a big bouquet with chocolate for my mothers birthday on a wednesday and they forgot the chocolate, ran a whole 45 mins late. Ordered another bouquet of fruits for that same week on satuarday and asked for it an hour early for just in case, and they still forgot the chocolate. When they went to put it on the fruit the didnt even put it on the correct fruit he just dipped a total of four grapes in chocolate and it took him 25 min to do. It made me late for work. It was horrible, never again!
