  Bought 2 kids plastic cups and when put them in the dishwasher they morphed into completely different shapes. I have plenty other plastic cups and they don’t melt in the dishwasher. When I brought them to the store the manager was rude and said there’s nothing they can do about it. Crappy cheap products and terrible customer service.

  Very disappointed with Primark I wanted to return one item past 28 days, and they said no I, but my friend returned almost $60 dollars worth of items, past 28 and this manager accepted it with no problem and on top of that they gave her some change. I guess you have to know people in order to get things done.

  Extremely disappointed with the staff, especially the manager. I’ve shopped at Primark stores in London and have never experienced such rude and unprofessional behavior. We were so upset that we left everything at the billing counter and walked out without completing our purchase. To make things worse, they refused to accept the return of a sweater I had bought from the same store just yesterday—even though the tag was still attached and I showed proof of purchase on my credit card statement.

  Really long wait times for checkout. I like Primark but at this store it’s taking so much time just to buy something. Staff are super friendly but there are many technical issues. Prices not available on items, ringing up as a different price - it’s a headache.
