I’ve shopped at Primark stores in London and have never experienced such rude and unprofessional behavior. We were so upset that we left everything at the billing counter and walked out without completing our purchase. To make things worse, they refused to accept the return of a sweater I had bought from the same store just yesterday—even though the tag was still attached and I showed proof of purchase on my credit card statement.

That’s when I realized these were actually kids sizes, meaning these were for young girls! I find it quite concerning and questionable that padded bras are being sold for children. In addition, I noticed that the section with kids’ clothing also included a translucent pink nightwear/lingerie style dress. How is this acceptable?

My only problem would be the girl working self checkout with glasses, she got a rude ah attitude with customers for the most simplest questions. If I need help with an item and I am pointing at you to help me with something on the screen, why are you just standing there looking at me like you wanna fight? Find a different job if you’re overworked, don’t be giving me attitude for you doing your job. When I ask you why an item comes off a different price she wants to give me a sarcastic answer, cool, she gon find the right one.
