  Was about to purchase a denim jacket for my son wen I heard store is closing. Started walking towards the exit back to mall area. only to learn gates were closed and they sent us out a back door of the mall for us to walk all the way back around the complex to get back to the mall.... I think it was idiot to do that. I came in front of store in mall. Should have been allowed to exit the same...

  Primark in Newport can't be beat! I'm so glad I don't have to go all the way out to that place across from Giants Stadium to go to Primark now! I'm gonna miss Sears 😪 but time waits for no man, or store, and Primark is a solid replacement. Primark as a brand is great! I bought a hoodie at the Staten Island Mall before Covid. It cost me $15 and it still looks new with regular use. I would have had to pay 5x just to get the same quality hoodie somewhere else with a North Face patch on it, or whatever brand. Anecdotally, the workers seemed to be nice and helpful when I went in. I didn't need help but a guy next to me was looking for a hoodie in a specific size and the Primark lady went somewhere and found one for him. You definitely won't get that kind of service at Walmart or CH Martin.

  This is the WORST Primark I have ever shopped at. My friends and I were followed around the store by employees the entire time. On my way out, I was stopped by a guy who accused me of stealing, but after he checked my receipt, he said I paid for everything. LIKE DUH! Do not visit this location EVER! Just go to the one in Brooklyn
