My credit card was charged twice which I told the incompetent cashier at the time. She gave me a story about how the system crashed. She then assured me that if I got charged twice she would have no problem reversing the charge. I called to tell her the charge appeared twice on my statement expecting her to keep her word. She responds with “well on my end it’s only appearing once”. I will never ever shop at the #sunglasshut in the #jacksonpremiumoutlets and I suggest you don’t either. Ashley doesn’t know what she is doing. #dontshop@sunglasshut!!
