  1st Class Experience! But with warm & friendly staff Purchased my 1st Rolex there and couldn’t be more happy with the experience. Especially after doing lots of research and hearing about the long waits. Maureen was my sales person and helped guide me. Very professional and pleasant experience But you must make an appt before you go!!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I initially visited several times over the past year and spoke with the manager, Rick, who took down my information and the watches I was interested in. However, after my second visit, I was repeatedly refused the opportunity to speak with him. Each time I returned, security would take my name, go to the back, and come back with the same excuse, that Rick was “in a meeting” and unavailable. I was asked multiple times to leave my name and phone number for a follow-up that never happened. On my most recent visit, the same situation occurred. When I expressed frustration, another associate (an Asian woman with black hair and red lipstick) stepped in. Unfortunately, her attitude was dismissive and condescending from the start. She did not attempt to look up my information and instead told me to write down what I was interested in again. When I explained it had been a year and I was hoping to purchase a watch as a birthday gift for my boyfriend, she smirked and told me the pieces I wanted would take “5–6 years or more,” then abruptly ended the conversation with “thanks for stopping by.” The entire experience felt unwelcoming and judgmental, as though I was being sized up rather than assisted. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer service. I will not be returning to this location.

  Awesome place to work with jewelers. Stopped by to get a link added to my dj 36. Walking in the security was kind and friendly. Ended up getting paired with Sima and she was great to work with. Chatted with the security guard while waiting and learned he has a cool history with Rolex. Sima was quick to add the link and even cleaned the watch which was a nice bonus. The dj was gifted to me by my mom and had been sitting since 2011. Afterwards put down my interest for a pistachio op36. Super excited for that next piece. Definitely book an appointment on Saturdays as they are appointment only.

  I visited this store today, and the guy at the entrance door (William) was very rude to me. I didn’t know about the Saturday appointment policy. I have visited this store at least three times in the past six months, and I was always able to enter without an appointment. No one ever informed me about this policy. I told William that I just wanted to say hi to Rick after his current meeting was finished and that I was willing to wait until he was available, but he literally kicked me out. This was not professional at all and not friendly.
