  Domonique Ridley My client agent, was✨️ razzle dazzle gone with the wind fabulous✨️. From the moment I walked in first thing in the morning on Labor Day. Not only did she take her time listening to me and what I was looking for, She showed me multiple pieces as well as educated me on the difference between the different leathers and materials. As well made suggestions that would be conducive to my everyday activities and work plus lifestyle balance. Overral Domonique went above & beyond. Even when I had to get in contact with my CC company to authorize my transaction when of course for my protection had a fraud alert sent. Domonique reassured me and said take your time, as you do that I'll pack your items up. Domonique even sent me her digital business card, so I can stay in contact with her. Domonique even agreed to follow up with me and send me a link to be able to order the items I wanted once my card arrived in the mail which she did. I'm grateful plus it's nice to be treated with dignity & respect even in the moment of getting a fraud alert which is unnerving in itself. However Domonique never made me feel any type of way, she actually put me at ease and educated me on daily spending limits and how to go about getting it increased with my cc customer service. So for that I will forever & exclusively shop with Domonique. She is a gem truly. Thanks Dom 🌻

  This is not the first time I ve been helped by SA Dominique and I have to say, she is one of the best and most professional luxury retail associates I ve met. I shop a lot. Regardless if you purchase or not, she ll treat you so well, you ll want to come back and purchase. I hope management recognizes her greatness.

  Purchased a bag at this location earlier this April and had a great experience. The sales associate pulled all the items I wanted to see and guided me through them. She made recommendations of other items I might like and even gave my sister samples of some perfumes she wanted to try. She was very patient and not pushy at all. I would purchase from this LV location again.

  This one-star rating is not for the staff, but for the brand itself—because they do not stand behind the quality of their products. I paid a premium price for a pair of shoes, and after just two years, they became completely unusable. Louis Vuitton refuses to repair or replace them. Very disappointing for a so-called luxury brand. Think twice before buying from here—especially their shoes! It’s truly disappointing when a brand prioritizes image over customer care.
