  Service is just terrible - either these guys are on very low commission or they hire young girls who have no sense of retail world. It is better to hire permanent more matured people

  I just had to write a review of my experience at riverside.Square mall in new jersey at the louis vuitton store. I purchased a hat it was $800.00 within a year, it started fading from the Sun. It shouldn't happen because it is a baseball hat It's supposed to be out in the sun.I really thought I was going to have a hard time with this return. I walked into the store Everyone in there is so pleasant. I do shop there a lot in the last three years.I spent about $50.00 which really doesn't seem like a lot, but to me, it is. So I walked in, everyone is so pleasant. I asked to see a manager and this lovely, pleasant woman, by the name of cindy brennan came over to me and said, how may I help you she took one look at the hat and without hesitation She says, please pick out anything you want in the store or another baseball hat. I thanked her went and looked at a few things and settled on the same exact hat, but I will not be going out in the sun. I just have to say I very rarely do reviewsbut i had to this time ms brennan was so accommodating, so understanding and so pleasant, I really believe that louis vuitton should know what an amazing manager She is. Thank you again ms brennan it was a pleasure see you soon.

  Domonique Ridley My client agent, was✨️ razzle dazzle gone with the wind fabulous✨️. From the moment I walked in first thing in the morning on Labor Day. Not only did she take her time listening to me and what I was looking for, She showed me multiple pieces as well as educated me on the difference between the different leathers and materials. As well made suggestions that would be conducive to my everyday activities and work plus lifestyle balance. Overral Domonique went above & beyond. Even when I had to get in contact with my CC company to authorize my transaction when of course for my protection had a fraud alert sent. Domonique reassured me and said take your time, as you do that I'll pack your items up. Domonique even sent me her digital business card, so I can stay in contact with her. Domonique even agreed to follow up with me and send me a link to be able to order the items I wanted once my card arrived in the mail which she did. I'm grateful plus it's nice to be treated with dignity & respect even in the moment of getting a fraud alert which is unnerving in itself. However Domonique never made me feel any type of way, she actually put me at ease and educated me on daily spending limits and how to go about getting it increased with my cc customer service. So for that I will forever & exclusively shop with Domonique. She is a gem truly. Thanks Dom 🌻

  This is not the first time I ve been helped by SA Dominique and I have to say, she is one of the best and most professional luxury retail associates I ve met. I shop a lot. Regardless if you purchase or not, she ll treat you so well, you ll want to come back and purchase. I hope management recognizes her greatness.
