I've been a loyal customer of Lee Perla for over three years, and my experience with them has been consistently professional and customer-focused. They truly go above and beyond to help.
I primarily deal with Sima and occasionally with Rick, and have always been treated with the utmost professionalism. And yes—despite the crazy market for brands like Rolex—they've always managed to get me my watch in a reasonable time. They understand the reality of supply and demand, and they manage expectations well.
I recently visited the store with my daughter, and Sima's service was truly remarkable. Even though my daughter was unsure about a purchase, Sima helped her patiently and maintained a wonderful, professional demeanor. I saw no rudeness or change in attitude—just pure dedication to service. She even took the time to show us a watch that was on hold just so my daughter could get a better idea of her options. And she even let her try her own and her collogues watch!!
