And yes—despite the crazy market for brands like Rolex—they've always managed to get me my watch in a reasonable time. They understand the reality of supply and demand, and they manage expectations well. I recently visited the store with my daughter, and Sima's service was truly remarkable. Even though my daughter was unsure about a purchase, Sima helped her patiently and maintained a wonderful, professional demeanor. I saw no rudeness or change in attitude—just pure dedication to service. She even took the time to show us a watch that was on hold just so my daughter could get a better idea of her options. And she even let her try her own and her collogues watch!! This store truly embodies what a high-end business should be: they thrive on helping every customer who walks in.
