  I had a great experience working with Sima at Lee Perla in Hackensack. I came in looking to purchase a new watch after losing 70 pounds and wanting to mark the milestone with something meaningful. Sima made the entire experience feel special from the start. She was incredibly attentive, patient, and knowledgeable, walking me through different Rolex and Tudor models without ever making the process feel rushed or pressured. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, explained the differences between models, and helped me try on multiple options to find the right fit and look. It was clear she genuinely cared about helping me find the right piece rather than just making a sale. If you’re considering a new watch, I highly recommend asking for Sima.
