I felt so welcomed by the staff and security. Keilah was so thoughtful to help me select and style some pieces for a keepsake to commemorate my late father. It can be very intimidating to walk into a store of this caliber but my experience here was memorable. The entire team was warm, friendly, fun and knowledgeable. I had images of what my friend would like, and Diego took time to find the requested items as well as assist me with other style choses, along with ensuring that sizing of the ring would work well. He is kind, patient and very professional. I highly recommend this location snd if Diego is available, he is great to work with!!
