- EHErin HortonMar 8, 20251.0I would give zero stars if I could. The manager (an older woman with brownish hair), told us we couldn’t return $300 sunglasses that broke after 2 wears. This particular pair of D&G sunglasses were my second pair, and the first broke in the exact same place (popped of on a metal detail on the side). So she told us we could get a 50% discount on a new pair. Ok, fine we accepted that. Then as I was looking she decided to call another manager and proceeded to reneg on that offer. She then told me the glasses were scratched. They were not scratched, I barely had worn them. Both my husband and I looked at them and there was no scratch. She was the worst manager I have encountered in some time. If you’re a manager and have no power to help your customers then your title is pointless. Absolutely terrible customer service and they will never get our business again.
