  This review is for OFFLINE aerie (not sure if the offline page is accurate). I believe she’s the manager (blonde woman working at around 5pm) was beyond excellent. She resolved my issue and was beyond helpful. I have seen her several times before and she always goes above and beyond.

  Giving two stars only because I found the outfits I wanted. Other than that, I was extremely disappointed in my experience with the staff at the cash register the other day. I first was going to pay in cash and no fault to staff, but they aren’t well prepared for cash payments (coins and money) aren’t stocked. And then when checking out, two staff members were just complaining about work drama like they were back in high school in front of all paying customers. I worked in environments like this and i understand talking to your work friends about if somethings wrong, but don’t start trash talking other workers and using their names in front of customers it’s just not classy or appropriate. The girl I had also wasn’t the nicest she had a bit of an attitude (whether it was because the drama she kept talking about or she was just having a bad day). Her lack of enthusiasm made the whole interaction unbearable

  I went to pick up an in store order and when I asked the manager to help (short brown hair, average height woman in her late 20s) she was visibly annoyed. My order had an issue and when I asked too many questions (because it felt like she was lying to get rid of me) she rolled her eyes and walked away from me. Very rude and unhelpful. Avoid this store!!!!
