  Absolutely unacceptable customer service at the freehold mall. The cashier used our gift card when my daughter was purchasing a dress. When we decided not to buy it, she said it was “no problem” and handed the gift card back to us. When we returned an hour later to buy the dress, the gift card had a **zero balance**. The cashier admitted to the assistant manager that the money should still be on the card, yet neither of them did anything to fix it. Because of their incompetence, our money is gone and we now have to fight with customer service to recover it. This is a serious mistake involving customers’ money and was handled in a completely unprofessional way. Train your staff properly or don’t allow them to handle gift cards. How do we get our $72 back? Windsor customer service please handle this.

  As I came up to the register because it was my turn to buy my items and said “Hi” with a smile, the girl in front of me, I believe she had brown hair, she just looked at me as if I was weird for being there. Then the other girl with the short black hair didn’t acknowledge me for being there. At the end of the transaction, she handed me my bag without saying anything. Overall, I had an awkward and uncomfortable interaction with these 2 workers, I felt like I was making them feel weird for being at the register.

  I would put 0 stars but that’s not an option. I asked the lady in the store if we could try on clothes. She told me do to staffing issues we can’t open our dressing room so you can either come back tomorrow or purchase the item and bring it back. We picked out all the dresses and were ready to check out when she told us we can only exchange. What am I supposed to do with $200 dollars if I don’t like it? We put it all back and left.
