- JGJasleen GuptaJan 2, 20261.0Absolutely unacceptable customer service at the freehold mall. The cashier used our gift card when my daughter was purchasing a dress. When we decided not to buy it, she said it was “no problem” and handed the gift card back to us. When we returned an hour later to buy the dress, the gift card had a **zero balance**. The cashier admitted to the assistant manager that the money should still be on the card, yet neither of them did anything to fix it. Because of their incompetence, our money is gone and we now have to fight with customer service to recover it. This is a serious mistake involving customers’ money and was handled in a completely unprofessional way. Train your staff properly or don’t allow them to handle gift cards. How do we get our $72 back? Windsor customer service please handle this.
