  I used to love this store and thought the prices and the clothing were fantastic, but after sustaining an injury to my body and requiring assistance of a cart to hold my items to bring to the dressing room, I was refused access and given an attitude as if I was putting them out of their way or that I was going to steal items despite the fact that they counted each item in the cart gave me a card That totaled the items. They not allow me to bring the card in to the fitting room. Instead, I was told that I would have to wait for someone who they weren’t sure if they could get anyone to then assist me to hand items to me instead of having privacy I deserve And what every other Person is entitled to. I was treated as if I was trying to steal items. I asked for the manager, who didn’t apologize at first just said well their policy is that and that the Fitting room staff was not aware of my condition despite the fact that I had just told him that they were aware of my condition as I told them about my condition. The store is not ADA Friendly! The manager didn’t even ask if there were I needed anything or would like any assistance at that point just basically dismissed me then the female manager Who saw my look of shock and disgust then Asked “ is there something Else we can do to assist you? When I replied that I would need access to a cart or some device to wheel in the items I was told that was impossible. So I left the merchandise And won’t shop in that store anymore!I

  I needed unisex socks for a holiday party gift exchange. Kenny who was by the women's socks was extremely helpful. the socks were a big hit at the party. the prices were great as well.

  If it has 0 star I will put for this store. Everytime I visit New Jersey I purchase from Primark and the stuff are very kind and gentle. But this time is 0 for the manager Celine is very tuff and not helpful at all !!! I choose many shoes from a clearance line up to 50% and when the lady ( Sofia/ she is very helpful) scan it she found it full price so she called here manager who was saying to us that not the hall rack only in front!!!! And we went to the rack we found other stuff with no red tag on it so she said Yah it's only sale for the red tag.... in fact , the big sign with red it says up to 50% !!! For the lines !!! We tried to explain our point but she was only repeating the same thing that has no sense and no logic. Finally when we scaned another shoes( without a red tag and was on the same line with the other one and my daughter tried many of the same shoes without red tag) we found it 50 % off !!! Celine was saying yah it's only one mistake!!!! That's not make sense at all !!!!! Because the rack was with the same shoes with no red tag!!! And she refused to make the discount ok the other shoes!!! I don't recommend this store ar all and I will make a complain at the store ...may be the court also !!! The customer is always right ✅️ 👌 🙄!!!! First rule anywhere!!

  The prices are quite good and they have decent quality merchandise. The only problem I have with them is that they seem to cater mostly towards very skinny people. I can rarely find any pants or shirts that are wide enough to fit me. I'm not terribly fat but I am a bit on the muscular side and have a hard time finding clothes that fit me there
