    If I could give a zero star rating, I would - mostly for the customer service. I had an order placed to be delivered on a monday about 2 weeks ago and provided clear instructions as to where the location was, and to please leave it at the front desk with the receptionist. I got a notification from the driver saying that the arrangement was delivered, however, the recipient did not receive the arrangement and it was not actually delivered to the correct location. Where it is to this day, I still am not sure, my guess is that it was delivered to the wrong address and nobody wants to take accountability for either dropping it off at the wrong location or eating it. I expressed this to edible arrangements corporate as well as the Franklin store and they gave me the runaround for two days straight. They were trying to tell me that they were waiting for the driver to contact them, I never heard back on that, they also said they tried to get in contact with the receptionist at the front desk and said that nobody answered, but my sister who works at that office said that a receptionist spoke to an edible arrangements representative, told them they didn’t receive the arrangement, and the rep said that they were going to try to get in contact with me - they never did. They just kept saying no one at the practice picked up. We were just completely going in circles. I tried to politely come to a resolution and wanted edible arrangements to just make it right and send out a new arrangement to the correct address, but both corporate and the Franklin store deliberately stopped taking my calls. I managed to get a hold of someone from another department the next day, where they told me that another arrangement at the Franklin store would be made and that it would be best if I go and pick it up myself. When I asked what time the arrangement would be finished, they said that the store will contact me when it’s ready. At 2 PM, I still didn’t hear anything from the store and I know that they close at five, so my sister drove down to the store and explained the situation to the person working behind the counter and she said that she had no idea about this order. It was just a complete circus. Hopefully, if you decide to have an arrangement made and delivered, you don’t have any issues – but let’s hope that you don’t, because clearly, this company does not care about their customers or providing good customer service.Very disappointing.

    I have had only good experiences using this location Edible Arrangements. Truly dependable, honest, and punctual. These people care and it shows in the careful handling and beautiful presentation. Will definitely use them again. And again.

    if i could give 0 stars i would. I placed an order for delivery on June 19th. I tracked the order and it was out for delivery around 2pm. then around 7pm i checked again and it said “your delivery is one stop away” that’s still what it says at 10:15PM. Never delivered. store closed at 7pm. paid for delivery and all. AWFUL. over $100 down the drain for nothing.

    Called to TRY to place an order. No help at all from person on the phone. Told me to look on line to pick out what I wanted. Wouldn’t deliver today. I said tomorrow would be ok. She told me they don’t deliver to Oakridge!! Then she asked “ how many miles is it from Franklin”? OMG! I wasn’t sure but said about 15 miles. She then said ok I guess we can. I told her I would look on line for what I wanted. Never called her back. Ordered from Pompton Lakes instead!!!!
