When he accidentally made a math error and gave us a lower price, he honored the price. When we procrastinated picking up our rings and realized last minute that mine didn't fit, he rushed to get it resized and coordinated with my bridesmaid to get the ring to her, even though it would be past his usual closing time. He is fair, honest, kind-hearted, and a man of integrity. If I could rate more than five stars, I would!

I called at 4:59 not knowing they closed at 5:00 and he told me to come, knock on the door, and he'd take care of me. It was a simple watch battery replacement for an old family heirloom Movado watch. Time After Time [the place in the quakerbridge mall] quoted me $32 for a battery replacement and $62 for the sealant. Fred did it all for $8 and in less than 15 minutes. I'll be sending anyone I meet who needs jewelry or repairs to him. He's been doing it for a LONG LONG time, and his confidence in his craft shows. Thanks again Fred!
