  They put me on hold for more than an hr seems like they don’t want you to put a order and buy the product that they have in store 🤦🏽‍♂️ im not a reseller i actually looking for that specific jacket to wear bad customer service

  Poorest selection of big tall items, someone needs to realise we big tall folk are not all jocks looking for double knit fabrics!! How about sweaters and cardigans???

  We used to love shopping here but the workers here now are so weird and in our business, me and my mom just wanted to get matching sweaters and they flagged us for no reason. On two separate occasions the employees were very rude and they kept asking my mom if she has been here before, we are returning customers, what the hell did you expect? Your employees need to be trained better. Terrible customer service, and insanely rude and weird. We waited for 10 minutes to get my size and with huge amount of attitude from the staff. We bought only 2 items, so we never went against the store policy or whatever it is. Do not shop here, they will flag you for absolutely no reason and be following you around asking you if “you have been here before”.

  I am stating a fact I personally witnessed, not an assumption. After we were refused service and labeled “bulk buyers” for attempting to purchase multiple sweaters, I personally saw other customers of a different skin color purchasing similarly large quantities of sweaters. They were not questioned, not stopped, and not refused in any way. This was not subtle. This was not ambiguous. The contrast in treatment was immediate and undeniable. When the same behavior is permitted for customers of one appearance and denied to customers of another, without any written policy or consistent enforcement, it is impossible to interpret this as anything other than discrimination. To the staff member who made this decision: you did not just enforce a rule — you chose who the rule applied to. If your own family members were treated this way while buying holiday gifts, you would instantly recognize how humiliating and unjust it was. The fact that you failed to extend that same basic fairness to us should be deeply embarrassing. If someone gains a sense of power or satisfaction from selectively denying others dignity, that does not reflect strength or professionalism — it reflects a narrow and small mindset. You know what you did. And you know it was wrong.
