- ABAlexis B1 day ago1.0Went to this store on 11/23 and was rudely told by Darlene (who laughed in my face), Shay and the store manager Janelle that if I didn’t provide my email that I would not be able to make a return. I contacted Windsor corporate who confirmed that you do not need to provide your email address in order to make a return. I’ve been able to make returns without providing my email address and the fact that corporate confirmed this shows that they lie to all their customers to force them to provide their email address in the event they might have to return or exchange an item.

Real dry as if she was irritated with the question, she replies, “ITS FINAL SALE” Maam relax. I was just trying to figure out why. She wasn’t even answering questions, just dismissing me like I’m a bother to her. Lady if you having a bad day, stay home next time.
