Everything’s well-organized, so just walking around feels nice and easy. There’s a great variety of stores — clothes, shoes, accessories, home goods — and a lot of them have better prices than other places. The outlet-style shops are definitely the highlight, with brand-name items for way less than you’d expect. I also liked that the cafés and restaurants are spread out nicely, so it’s easy to take a break, grab a coffee, or enjoy a quick meal before getting back to shopping. Overall, it was a really enjoyable visit — definitely a place I’d come back to again.

Maybe it's better during the weekdays if it's less crowded but we stopped by on a Sunday and I think we drove around for at least 20 minutes then ended up arguing with someone standing in a spot trying to hold it. Then upon entering it is so crowded as if things are being given away for free. I don't know if it's the advertising that brings travelers from Newark Airport plus locals who reside around but the amount of people gave me anxiety. It felt like wandering Times Square which is a nightmare in itself. I am not a fan. I'm not sure I will ever visit this mall again unless I am forced to come here, that's how unpleasant I found it. If you're into outlet shopping mixed with regular in season stores, then this is the place for you. Otherwise avoid it. Drive to Short Hills Mall for luxury, drive to Willowbrook Mall. Go elsewhere.
