I regularly purchase new bags from your stores, yet my reward points are never added properly. When I didn’t see any points, I reached out to customer support — only to find out that the store itself created two separate accounts for me, dividing my points! I called the store several times, and they were downright rude and careless — disconnecting calls, never returning them, and offering zero help. Then I tried dealing with customer support through endless back-and-forth emails, but they’re just as useless. First, they said the points would reflect soon on the other account, and now suddenly they’re claiming my points might have expired. Seriously? These are recent purchases, not old ones! This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. It’s ridiculous how a brand like MK treats loyal customers — no responsibility, no coordination, and no respect. I’ve wasted so much time chasing something that should’ve been simple. Honestly, I’ve lost all trust in MK and won’t recommend it to anyone.
