I first called in to inquire about an accessory for my bag and Omar was incredibly helpful and patient, providing me with all the information I needed before coming in. His energy is electric! When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by a smiling, welcoming, and friendly team. A young lady assisted me with selecting the best accessory for my bag. She was awesome! Eli assisted at the register and he was just as attentive and friendly. He has a great sense of humor as well. The entire team truly embodies what excellent customer service should look like. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Thank you to Omar, Eli, and the whole team for such a positive and memorable experience! Today is a rainy day, but all of the sunshine was inside the Marc Jacobs store.
