- JMJai MonJul 7, 20251.0I had a very upsetting and disappointing experience at the Express store in the Elizabeth Outlet. It was my first time visiting, and while I was trying to sign up for the new customer discount, the staff member at the counter was shockingly rude and unprofessional. He accused me of already using the offer, saying, “I saw you two weeks back.” When I asked, “Did you really see my face?” he replied, “Yeah, this kind of faces.” He also said, “Don’t do this,” and when I asked him directly, “What don’t do this? What are you talking about?” he had no clear response and continued being dismissive. I even offered to have them check the cameras to prove this was my first visit, but he ignored that completely. No customer should ever be treated like this. Because of this experience, I will never return to this store again. I hope Express takes this seriously and holds their staff accountable for such unacceptable behaviour.
